Content Standards
Training content uploaded to BrokerReady must:
- Be relevant to real estate education, compliance, or brokerage operations
- Comply with all applicable laws including fair housing regulations
- Not contain discriminatory language or imagery
- Not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
- Not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
Prohibited Uses
- Uploading content that violates fair housing laws or promotes discrimination
- Using the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate any user
- Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Attempting to access data belonging to other brokerages
- Using automated bots or scrapers to extract platform data
- Uploading false compliance information (license numbers, expiration dates)
- Using the platform for any purpose other than brokerage training and compliance
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination of the brokerage subscription. We will notify the brokerage administrator of any enforcement actions taken against individual users.
