Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Billing

BrokerReady subscriptions are billed monthly to the brokerage account. Billing occurs on the same day each month based on the subscription start date.

Cancellation

Brokerages may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting their BrokerReady account representative or emailing billing@brokerready.net.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
  • No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • All agent accounts will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.

Data After Cancellation

  • Training progress and compliance data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation.
  • During this period, you may request a data export (CSV format).
  • After 90 days, all brokerage data will be permanently deleted.
  • Certificates and public verification links will remain accessible permanently.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact billing@brokerready.net within 30 days of the charge. Include your brokerage name, the charge date, and the reason for the request.

Refunds are typically not issued for:

  • Months where the platform was actively used by agents
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Disputes about the number of agents (brokerage controls this)

Plan Changes

Upgrading or downgrading your plan takes effect immediately. If upgrading, the prorated difference is charged right away. If downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
